Evidently Lou made it know that K-Fuk will be batting 5th and the top of our order will look exactly like it did last season. Cubs.com is reporting it so it could be the Muskrat attempting to validate her ridiculous predictions. What if it is true? Another season full of two of the worst on base men on the team. I understand Theriot is a scrappy little bastard but come on. When he gets in to one its a flare to leftcenter. Whatever though. Our team was good at the end of the year but clearly not good enough. Lou is a smart guy and he will tinker until he has it right. Let's take a step back from the step for now.

It appears our psychotic Venezuelan pitcher does not want to pitch on Opening Day because he has lost the past 3 opening days. Probably a good call. He probably doesn't remember 2004 but I was at the opening day game against the D'Backs where Z got the boot for ripping the ump when he was up 8 or so runs. 4 and 2/3 innings doesn't get you a run. I am looking forward to the day where this guy can channel all of this craziness into his pitching. Until then, let's enjoy the mayhem that comes from our buddy Carlos.
